SIGMA Assessment Systems, Inc. has been creating innovative and empirically rigorous assessments since 1967. We are committed to supporting research that contributes to the collective knowledge of the scientific community. In addition, supporting the use of our assessments in research is just one way to ensure that we continue to offer the highest quality products to our customers. If you are using a SIGMA assessment in your research, please review the information below and send us a completed application form before the beginning of your study.

We are particularly interested in seeking research partners to assist with ongoing norming and validation of our assessments. In terms of our employee selection, leadership selection, leadership development and 360 degree feedback tools, we are looking for studies with a link to performance. By conducting studies with our assessments and providing access to the collected data, research partners form an integral part of our test development and validation process. • Researchers who are approved for a discount must agree to send us a copy of the final report and the collected data.
• The discount only applies to the approved research study.
• We cannot grant permission to include entire tests or scales in any published works, including dissertations.
