Leonid is pursuing his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Western University. His research is primarily focused on investigating factors that contribute to optimal work motivation, wellbeing, and performance. He also maintains interests in psychometric assessment and personality. At SIGMA, Leonid applies his expertise to supporting the consulting team with succession planning as well as talent and leadership development.
